This role will support a team of Manufacturing and Product Engineers, Technicians, and our military customers. With over 40 products produced in our Ohio facility, there is great opportunity to work in different areas to build your skillset and your career.\nPosition Responsibilities:\nDevelops, implements and maintains various manufacturing plans, Bill of Materials, work instructions and illustrations to define and document as-built configuration.\nAssists with development and integration of suppliers, processes, materials, data and technology to meet manufacturing and delivery requirements.\nAssists in reviewing supplier data to ensure manufacturing related requirements are met.\nIdentifies tooling requirements and initiates tooling orders based on manufacturing and engineering requirements.\nAssists in tooling dispositions.\nInvestigates and resolves manufacturing related issues of limited scope.\nAssists with producibility assessments for part or product designs.\nAssists in providing input to design, manufacturing processes and manufacturing technologies to meet cost and schedules.\nDevelops work statements and sequencing of events to support delivery commitments.\nAssists in the review, maintenance and monitoring of internal documents.\nWorks under general supervision.\nBasic Qualifications (Required Skills and Experience):\nExperience in technical writing such as manuals, instructions, or research papers\nAbility to read and interpret drawings and technical manuals\nAbility to read and interpret process and procedures\nAbility to learn and navigate software to produce and release engineering documents and bills of materials\nPreferred Qualifications (Desired Skills and Experience):\nAssociate’s degree, working towards engineering degree, or equivalent experience\nExperience building or repairing electronics, machinery, products, vehicles, or the like\nExperience with root cause and corrective action analysis and implementation\nExperience writing standard operating procedures and process documents\nCommunication skills that bridge engineering and technicians\nAbility to react quickly in a fast-paced production environment with precision\nConflict of Interest:\nSuccessful candidates for this job must satisfy the Company’s Conflict of Interest (COI) assessment process.\nRelocation:\nRelocation assistance is not a negotiable benefit for this position.
