The ideal candidate excels at balancing payroll accuracy, compliance, and exceptional service.\nPosition Responsibilities:\n Processes, audits, analyzes and reconciles the accuracy of pay distribution to domestic and foreign assigned employees and various pay deductions\nReviews complex reports and research inquiries related to pay distribution, including bank reports, unclaimed wages, and bank account reconciliations\nDelivers responsive service and support to employees, internal business partners, and external third-party organizations\nMaintains and updates employee payroll information related to check distribution\nAddresses and resolves employee inquiries, payroll discrepancies, and payment issues in a timely manner\nMaintains accurate payroll records and documentation related to check distribution\nCore Competencies:\nAttention to Detail: High level of accuracy in data entry and calculations\nEmpathy and Discretion: Ability to handle sensitive and personal information with confidentiality and compassion\nCommunication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to explain complex policies to employees\nThis position is hybrid.
