This means that the selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at Gdańsk office. This is at the hiring team’s discretion and could potentially change in the future.\nPosition responsibilities:\nWe are seeking a highly skilled Associate Software DevOps Engineer to join our team. This role drives automation, CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure-as-code, and operational excellence for cloud-native and on-premise embedded systems. The ideal candidate is an experienced engineer who can design and implement scalable, secure, and observable deployment pipelines, mentor engineers, and lead cross-functional initiatives to improve reliability and delivery velocity.\nBasic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):\nBachelor of Science degree from an accredited course of study in engineering, engineering technology (includes manufacturing engineering technology), chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science\n2+ years of professional experience\nEnglish proficiency\nPreferred qualifications\nFamiliarity with Build tools (Bazel, CMake, Maven, Bitbake)\nFamiliarity with configuration and infrastructure management tools such as Terraform, Ansible, Salt\nDemonstrated design and system thinking skills\nCollaborating in international and multi-national projects\nKnowledge of networking fundamentals, security best practices, and Linux system administration\nStrong
