You will be responsible for ensuring successful outcomes for our customers and end users, with a focus on Crestron equipment and environments. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong proficiency in A/V programming and system design, contributing to innovative and reliable solutions.\nPosition Responsibilities:\nDesign, develop, and test high performance AV solutions for government customers.\n\nGenerate custom audiovisual system designs using Crestron technologies\n\nSupport customer stakeholder meetings to collect and document or validate system requirements\n\nResearch, identify, and recommend technology options to solve customer problems\n\nSupport onsite deployment of AV systems and system configuration phases\n\nCoordinate with customer facilities teams and other onsite sub-contractors and vendors during systems installation as required\n\nSupport the development of end-user training materials and operations and maintenance plans\n\nPerform in-house testing and on-site commissioning at client locations\n\nDevelop expertise in the industry through continuing training, certifications, and review of trade publications\n\nBasic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):\nThis position requires an Active TS/SCI U.S. Security Clearance.
