As the authority for the contractual configuration, one will leverage their customer and market insights to curate experiences and solutions that wildly surpass customer’s aspirations and drive a preference for Boeing products. In this position, one will establish and maintain a relationship with airplane customers and guide them through the development, management, and delivery of their airplane configuration.\nOur teams are currently hiring for a broad range of experience levels including Experienced and Senior Level Engineers.\nPosition Responsibilities:\nUnderstand customer requirements and communicate their priorities within the Boeing Company.\nRepresent the Boeing Company to the customer and act as the primary technical contact for their configuration definition.\nFrequently interact with Boeing Sales, Marketing, Contracts and airplane program leadership.\nLead the configuration development, management, and change processing for all stages of airplane development from pre-proposal to delivery.\nAssist Boeing and the customer in resolving technical issues during airplane delivery, document unresolved customer issues, and facilitate a positive customer delivery experience.\nInteract with domestic and international customers and suppliers.\nCoordinate with diverse technical and business organizations within Boeing.\nMust be able to travel both domestically and internationally at approximately 25% of the time, as needed.\nMay require working off-hours, weekends and/or holidays to support airplane delivery milestones.\nWork Authorization Statement:\nThis position is expected to be 100% onsite.
