The individual will lead an operational team of engineers and technicians in Berkeley, MO (St. Louis surrounding area), and also support investment portfolio planning to supplement advancements in test capability, methods, and technology. The individual will be responsible for dynamics lab operations, safety and development of the operations team, the quality of the work, the continuous improvement in productivity and affordability, and test execution. The team operates across the product life cycle and statement of work includes proposal, planning, design/build, and test execution.
