This role applies engineering principles to test, troubleshoot, and evaluate equipment, electronic components, and circuit cards. Working with site test equipment maintenance teams and under the guidance of senior engineers, the engineer recommends corrective actions and supports their implementation. The role also develops clear, practical documentation for test procedures, maintenance activities, and recommended spare equipment.\nPosition Responsibilities:\nTest and troubleshoot site test equipment assets to identify faults and support reliable operation\nAssist site test equipment maintenance teams in evaluating failed electronic components and circuit cards\nAnalyze test results and equipment failures, then develop recommendations for corrective actions\nSupport implementation of approved corrective actions in coordination with maintenance teams and under the oversight of senior engineers\nCreate and maintain documentation describing test procedures, troubleshooting steps, results, and recommended practices\nDevelop recommendations for spare parts and equipment to keep on hand, based on observed failures, maintenance needs, and operational requirements\nDocument equipment issues, findings, corrective actions, and follow-up results\nCoordinate with maintenance personnel, engineering teams, and site stakeholders to support test equipment readiness\nFollow applicable safety, quality, configuration-control, and documentation requirements\nThis position requires the ability to obtain a US Security Clearance for which the US Government requires US Citizenship.
