Flight Engineering is looking for motivated and talented engineers to join the Boeing team in this exciting business area for the Minuteman III Sustainment program. The candidate supports sustainment in a wide range of existing and new areas of GNC, performance analysis, simulation solutions, nuclear hardness and survivability, and inertial instruments. The selected candidate will have visibility into G&C and simulation methods across the Boeing enterprise.\nPosition Responsibilities:\nSupport the gathering of system level requirements\nPerform and document analysis of guidance, navigation, and control (GNC) systems to validate or assess the system design or models\nAssist troubleshooting of routing operational anomalies, functional tests, and services incidents\nSupport execution tests, analysis, and design review per FAA, MIL-SPEC, and NASA guidance to deliver a compliant product\nWork under close supervision\nInteract primarily with immediate supervisor and other personnel within the group\nSupport upgrading field assessment tools using data analytic methods\nBasic Qualifications (Required Skills and Experience):\nBachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology (including Manufacturing Technology), Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry or non-US equivalent qualifications directly related to the work statement\nPreferred Qualifications (Desired Skills and Experience):\nExperience in control systems or guidance, navigation, and control (GNC) system design\nExperience in guidance, navigation, and controls (GNC) or aerospace engineering\nConflict of Interest:\nSuccessful candidates for this job must satisfy the Company’s Conflict of Interest (COI) assessment process.\nRelocation:\nRelocation assistance is not a negotiable benefit for this position.
