As anHose Assembler Technician, you will be responsible for the end-to-end process of critical aircraft components. Working within a certified FAA Repair Station, you will ensure that all hose assemblies meet the highest standards of airworthiness and safety before being returned to service. This role requires a high degree of precision, mechanical aptitude, and strict adherence to technical data.\nPosition Responsibilities:\n· Disassemble and assemble complex hose assembler. Perform industrial cleaning and grit blasting to prepare parts for inspection.\n· Perform repairs, modifications, and overhauls on hose assemblies accordance with Component Maintenance Manuals (CMMs), and all approved technical documents and drawings\n· Conduct functional and pressure testing to verify hydraulic integrity and leak-free operation.\n· Accurately complete all maintenance records, work orders, and FAA-required documentation.
