KC-767A Italy Tanker Program supports the Italian Air Force (ltAF) KC-767A fleet located at Pratica di Mare, Air Base, Rome Italy.\nPosition Responsibilities:\nAnalyze SB/AD/PTA for applicability and material/manpower required in order to update the Maintenance Plan and plan the related incorporation on the fleet.\nParticipate to the routine coordination meeting with the engineering to review Service Bulletin, AD and PTA applicable to the Fleet\nIn collaboration with the Configuration management group, review the Maintenance Plan Document to update the Fleet Maintenance Plan\nCollaborate to the elaboration of the Configuration Management documentation for the Italy Tanker Fleet\nUtilize disciplined technical expertise & company knowledge (not limited to SB/SL) to assist the customer to achieve & sustain a high level of proficiency in the operation and maintenance of the KC767A by investigating product reliability, determine root cause analysis by developing, coordinating and recommending appropriate corrective actions\nSupport the planning of the Short- and Long-Term Maintenance Plan for the Italy Tanker Fleet\nElaborate Vectors to communicate technical inquiry to Italy Tanker Fleet Support Engineering or Logistic Engineering\nAssist the customer in interpreting and using the appropriate Aircraft Maintenance Manual (AMM), interpreting servicing and maintenance support procedures\nAct as the on-site technical liaison between Boeing Maintenance Engineering and the on-site Boeing PDM Configuration Management\nBasic Qualifications:\nExisting rights to work in the European Union (EU)\n10+ Years Airline Engineering experience in support of the Continuing Airworthiness of the Fleet\nFluent with verbal and written Italian\nFluent in both verbal and written English\nPreferred Qualifications/Experience and Person Specification:\nExperience in reading and interpreting engineering and maintenance technical information (REDARS is a plus)\nWork effectively and cooperatively with the team, managers, and members of others work groups; establish and maintain good working relationships\nProficient in Microsoft Office suite\nMust be willing to work flexible hours as the job requires\nWilling to get qualified as Supervisor for tank entry\nFamiliar with Boeing 767 aircraft AMM, IPC and MTC\nFamiliarity with Boeing web-based Information Systems such as: My Boeing Fleet, and a technical inquiry request systems (BCS, Vector)\nExperience with the KC-767 Tanker\nBelonging to “Categorie Protette” L.68/99 art.1\nImportant information regarding this role:\nThis role is a locally hired position and candidates must have current legal authorisation to work immediately in Italy.\nBoeing will not attempt to obtain immigration and / or labour sponsorship for any applicants.
