EFSBoeing Engineering Center is currently seeking an Experienced Guidance Navigation & Control Engineer to join our team in Gdansk, Poland.\nPosition Responsibilities:\nDevelop system requirements to establish system design and manage requirements in DOORS.\nPerform design validations and verification activities, documents and resolve technical issues during testing and integration.\nWorks with cross-functional teams to define, document and manage system interfaces.\nDevelop system design documentation.\nConduct root cause analysis and develop dispositions for complex design non-conformances.\nResearch on technical, operational and quality issues occurred in service.\nProduct development of complex systems, from the conceptual phase through to the introduction of the new product.\nAssesses potential safety issues related to Autoflight systems.\nBasic Qualifications:\nBachelor of Science degree from an accredited course of study in engineering, engineering technology (includes manufacturing engineering technology), chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science.\nExperience in System Engineering and technical disciplines related to Flight Control.\nMinimum 3 years’ design experience with Autoflight systems.
