Position Responsibilities:
- Design high speed digital circuits and perform signal integrity analysis
- Focus on electronic systems and electrical design, simulation and verification/validation testing of high-speed printed circuit boards (PCB) throughout full product development cycle
- Providing design guidelines and support for system architecture design, board layout, product bring-up, debug, validation, and factory builds
This position requires obtaining a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. An interim U.S. secret clearance Pre Start and final U.S. secret clearance Post Start is required.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering (with a focus in Electrical, Mechanical or Aeronautical), Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry or non-US equivalent qualifications directly related to the work statement
- 3 or more years of related work experience
- Experience in digital circuit design
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- Bachelor’s or higher in Electrical Engineering
- Ability to develop design verification plan and perform system integration
- Experience in high-speed digital circuit design with ability to perform signal integrity simulations for multiple high-speed standards like 100G Ethernet, DDR3/4, PCIe
- Experience in processor board design or complex digital design including processor or FPGA System on a chip (SoC)
- Perform circuit analysis and circuit design and digital circuit design in LTSpice or similar
- Familiar with high-speed serial interface protocol like ethernet, PCIe
- Experience in FPGA sizing and power to support board design
- Strong understanding of PCB in design for manufacturing (DFM)
- Ability to perform post board layout signal integrity analysis
- Ability to perform digital high speed design verification and validation including measurements
- Ability to mentor others and guide other in digital high-speed design and analysis
- Experience in schematic capture using Siemen (formally Mentor Graphic) Expedition Tool
- Ability to operate as electrical lead to coordinate the rest of the electrical design team for complex custom electronic systems

Summary Pay Range:
Experienced (Level 3): $112,200 - $151,800
Senior (Level 4): $136,850 - $185,150
