This position will work collaboratively with Boeing employees and contractors to fulfill the Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM)/MSG-3 and Conditioned Based Maintenance Plus (CBM+) contractual requirements.\nPosition Responsibilities:\nWork with a team of Maintenance Engineers to execute contracted RCM and CBM+ tasks\nPerform detailed RCM studies following applicable RCM standards\nAnalyze system functions, failure modes, effects, and consequences to develop optimized maintenance strategies\nUtilize FMECA and other reliability data as inputs to RCM processes\nPrepare clear, concise RCM analysis reports, including findings, recommendations, and supporting data\nIdentify and recommend preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance tasks\nEvaluate maintenance task effectiveness, feasibility, and cost implications\nSupport development of maintenance plans and schedules based on RCM outputs\nGather and analyze operational, failure, and maintenance data from multiple sources\nUse reliability and failure data to validate and refine RCM recommendations\nSupport root cause analysis and failure investigations as needed\nUnderstand and apply job practices, techniques, standards, principles, theories, and concepts\nPossess general knowledge of other related Product Support Analysis and Engineering discipline\nProvide technical solutions to a wide range of difficult problems\nDevelop solutions that are imaginative, thorough, practicable, and consistent with organization objectives\nIndependently determine and develop approaches to solutions\nReceive general direction for work that is reviewed upon completion for adequacy in meeting objectives\nApply engineering technical standards, principles, theories, concepts and techniques to support product support engineering and analysis to ensure supportability, sustainability, reliability, maintainability and operability of products and services throughout its lifecycle\nBasic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):\nBachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology (including Manufacturing Technology), Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry or non-US equivalent qualifications directly related to the work statement\n5+ years of experience with RCM, CBM+, and/or MSG-3\nExperience with reading and understanding engineering drawings\nExperience with reading and understanding technical manuals (Tech Order, Illustrated Parts Catalogs (IPC’s), maintenance manuals, etc.)\nPreferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):\nABET accreditation is the preferred\nBachelor’s degree in a related technical field or higher preferred\nCertified Reliability Engineer (CRE) by ASQ\nRCM Practitioner Certification\nNAVAIR or DoD-specific RCM training courses\nExperience with GOLD, REDARS, and Haystack\nExperience with commercial and military aircraft on aircraft systems and modifications\nExperience using and applying military and commercial Maintenance Manual Publications, Instruction for Continued Airworthiness, Overhaul Manuals, Drawings, Technical Orders and Part Illustrated Manuals, Wiring Diagrams towards aircraft system’s Maintenance Planning\nKnowledge of various engineering disciplines such as electrical, mechanical and systems\nProduct Support Analysis experience\nConflict Of Interest:\nSuccessful Candidates for this job must satisfy the Company’s Conflict of Interest (COI) assessment process.\nDrug Free Workplace:\nBoeing is a Drug Free Workplace where post offer applicants and employees are subject to testing for marijuana, cocaine, opioids, amphetamines, PCP, and alcohol when criteria is met as outlined in our policies.\nPay & Benefits:\nAt Boeing, we strive to deliver a Total Rewards package that will attract, engage and retain the top talent.
