The L&D team is looking for individuals with experience ground loads. Position commensurate with experience.\nPosition Responsibilities\nLead in developing air vehicle design criteria for ground loads\n\nCollaborate with the airframe & subsystems design and analysis engineers to generate integrated aerodynamic, structural, and landing gear models for flight vehicle analysis consistent with a Model Based Engineering (MBE) environment\n\nPerform ground loads analyses (ground handling, taxi, takeoff & landing, etc.) to support air vehicle design and stores integration\n\nDefine allowable flight envelopes and operational limits\n\nDevelop flight and ground test plans\n\nCreate finite element and multi-body dynamics models and correlates to test results\n\nExecute ground and flight test programs by the development of test requirements, providing data for pre-test analysis, monitoring testing, data analysis and documenting results, in order to support design and verification of vehicle and components\n\nReview and approve airframe and subsystems hardware packages for airworthiness and to ensure the air vehicle meets the service environment\n\nProvide data to support the definition and documentation of structural design requirements for the service life of the product, to ensure company, customer and regulatory requirements are met\n\nPresent engineering to management and customers during program level reviews and other technical meetings\n\nBasic Qualifications (Required Skill/Experience)\nBachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology (including Manufacturing Technology), Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry or non-US equivalent qualifications directly related to the work statement\n\n5 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience\n\nThis position requires the ability to obtain a U.S Security Clearance for which the US Government requires US Citizenship.
