Failure to complete the assessment will remove you from consideration.\nBasic Qualifications (Required Skills and Experience)\nCandidates must have at least one year of experience in leadership role (team leader, temp manager, large scale cross functional project/program management, or format manager experience) OR have completed the Boeing internal course “Exploring Leadership.”\n\n5+ years of experience in quality, manufacturing, distribution, or regulated industry\n\nBachelor’s degree in engineering, or related field\n\nExperience with QMS (e.g., AS9100), audits, and corrective/preventive actions\n\n3+ years’ experience managing nonconforming material and quality notifications\n\nAbility and willingness to travel domestically up to 25% of the time\n\nExport Control Requirements:\nThis position must meet export control compliance requirements.
