Failure to complete the assessment will remove you from consideration.\nBasic Qualifications (Required Skills and Experience):\nBachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology (including Manufacturing Technology), Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry or non-US equivalent qualifications directly related to the work statement\nCandidates must have at least one year of experience in a leadership role (team leader, temp manager, large scale cross functional project/program management, or formal manager experience) OR have completed the Boeing internal course “Exploring Leadership.”\n5 years of experience in a Flight engineering discipline\n3 years of experience working in GNC related engineering\n3 years of Cross IPT Leadership and Coordination Experience\nExperience with Operational Flight Program (OFP) development, certification, and testing\nExperience with Hardware in the loop (HILS) testing\nPreferred Qualifications (Desired Skills and Experience):\nCurrent TS Clearance\nExperience with Rapid Design of Fixed Wing Aircraft\nExperience with Advanced Design\nExperience with Flight Testing\nExperience with Scheduling, Budget and Planning\nPrior Experience with Technical Guidance and Oversight of Large Multi-skilled Teams\nMentoring or Technical Lead Engineer Experience\nRelocation:\nThis position offers relocation based on candidate eligibility.
