Your primary focus will be supporting implantations of the GOLDesp application for new customers, supporting test activities, and enabling customer adoption through on-site training.\nThis role involves being part of a rota for out-of-hours on-call support; you’ll share responsibility with the team for after-hours escalation and incident response.\nThis role requires regular travel across Europe.\nKey Responsibilities\nConduct customer workshops and on-site discovery activities across Europe.\nAnalyse customer maintenance processes and map system functionality to business workflows.\nElicit, clarify and document functional requirements for software changes and configurations.\nTranslate requirements into functional specifications for the delivery team.\nSupport development of test scripts and support test teams during application/system testing and validation.\nDeliver on-site customer training and produce training materials to support adoption.\nSupport data-related activities including data collection, validation and migration as part of implementations.\nParticipate in the full implementation lifecycle as part of the solution delivery team.\nProvide on-going SME support through sustainment and customer support for the European customer users.\nBasic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):\nPrevious experience in delivering customer training in a technical or operational context.\nThe successful candidate must be open to regular European travel to support the customer (typically, 1 week per month).\nPreferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):\nExperience using enterprise maintenance management or logistics management applications (GOLDesp experience is highly desirable).\nPractical experience working in an MRO environment, preferably within aircraft line or depth maintenance organisations.\nExperience defining and analysing business and functional requirements.\nFamiliarity with databases, data collection and migration activities.\nExperience with testing methodologies and creating/executing test scripts.\nGeneral:\nStrong stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation skills.\nGood written and verbal communication skills - able to produce clear functional specifications and training material.\nComfortable travelling regularly across Europe and working in a hybrid model (Bristol base).\nEmployee Benefits\nThe Tapestry benefits package goes above and beyond, focusing on your physical, emotional, financial and social well-being.
