This will also include Campus related administration tasks as detailed below: -\nCustomer Liaison:\nMeet and greet campus visitors, which include checking in visitors attending simulator training sessions, classroom delegates, contractors and other visitors. Giving directions accordingly to the appropriate area of our facilities and information regarding H&S and the weekly fire alarm testing etc.\nTo operate the reception switchboard, dealing with all customer enquiries or connecting them through to the appropriate person in a timely manner.\nOperating the Boeing Store till on the front desk to process transactions for all purchases, along with replenishing and ordering stock.\nPreparing badges and paperwork for the following days’ visitors/students.\nSecurity:\nInitial ID checks must be carried out with all visitors to the Centre and security badges with the correct access to be given.\nOperating the main car park barrier system using the CCTV\nEnsuring the security system is used in line with the requirements of IT.\nOverseeing the locker and centre keys. \nAssisting with the weekly fire drill and safety testing.\nLiaising with the Security Guards at the end of the evening shift to ensure they have all the relevant information needed for their night shift.\nGeneral/Internal Relationships:\nHandling all internal enquiries/requests sent to the group email inbox or via telephone in a timely manor.\nChecking briefing rooms and classrooms providing necessary stationary as required and reporting any faults/problems.\nOverseeing and monitoring the stationery for the Centre ensuring competitive quotations are sought when ordering and replenishing stock.\nRaising purchase orders, requests for taxis and general filing duties.\nSort and distribute incoming post and fully oversee the daily outgoing post collection including signing for all deliveries.\nEach shift will end with a documented handover for the next team member to utilise.\nOther general administrative duties as required from time to time.\nCentre Related Activities:\nPreparing Visa invitation letters as requested to the relevant Embassy, following up the process to the Customer and ensuring that all information is documented in the correct systems.\nTraining new members of staff.\nManaging the collection of student names for upcoming pilot and cabin crew training.\nBasic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):\nRight to work in UK - We do not sponsor applicants for employment visa status.\nPreferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):\nProven front of house customer-support related experience preferred.\nCan demonstrate previous experience of coping under pressure, providing a professional service at all times, ability to work unsupervised but also be a team player and seeking opportunities to exceed the customer’s expectations.\nProven working knowledge and understanding of e.g Excel, Word, Outlook, Adobe Reader, Power Point and must have the ability to learn in house systems.\nAviation training experience.\nCollege-related studies.\nShift Pattern: This position operates on a shift rotation basis, with the following shift times:\nMonday- Friday\nShift one- 07:00-15:30\nShift two- 07:30-16:00\nShift three- 10:30-19:00\nEmployer will not sponsor applicants for employment visa status.\nRelocation:\nThis position does not offer relocation.
