Some of your duties and responsibilities will include:\nInvolvement in the analyses of unstructured and semi-structured data, employing advanced techniques such as latent semantic indexing (LSI), natural language processing (NLP), and exploratory data analysis (EDA).\nUtilizing non-traditional approaches to analyze large-scale unstructured data, visualizing results through multi-dimensional interfaces.\nResearching and testing novel machine learning approaches for analyzing large-scale distributed computing applications. Leveraging strong technical and computational skills to interpret complex data and deliver recommendations for business decisions.\nExperience and Qualifications:\nTo be eligible for this demanding position, the ideal candidate should demonstrate the following experience and qualifications:\nRequired Education and Years of Experience:\n18 Years of experience in Data Science or Software Engineering roles or a highly related field of work with similar scope and responsibilities.\nA Bachelor’s degree may be substituted for 4 years of experience and a Master’s Degree may be substituted for 6 years of experience.\nRequired Qualifications:\nActive TS/SCI with Polygraph Clearance\nReference all required qualifications in accordance with customer protocols\nDesired Qualifications:\nExperience with data transport and transformation APIs and technologies such as JSON, XML, XSLT, JDBC, and/or REST\nExperience with machine learning, algorithm analysis, and/or data clustering\nExperience with Python scripting, Pandas, Excel, and/or Jupyter Notebooks and/or programming language proficiency in \nPython and/or R, with SQL for database querying being essential\nAbility to build dashboards and communicate insights using data visualization tools\nTelework/Remote Availability: Telework/Remote work currently not authorized\nWork Location(s): Annapolis Junction, MD\nSummary Pay Range:\nPlease note that the information shown below is a general guideline only.
