goals\n\nInfluencing,innovatingand continuously improving the software engineering process as well as quality, safety and reliability of products and services provided by Boeing\n\nCultivating a positive staff culture, team motivation\n\nBasic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):\n3+ months of professional experience/ documented students projects\n\nStudent status\n\nEnglishproficiency\n\nCommitmenttoworkingminimum20hoursaweek\n\nPreferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):\nFamiliarity with airborne software certification and tools qualification processes and standards\n\nDesign and systems thinking skills\n\nas well as:\nC/C++ path: \n\n- Experience inC orC++\n- Experience incontainerization\n- Familiarity with software development cycle such as version control, testing methodologies, agiledevelopmentand CI/CD.\nJava/Pythonpath:\n\n- Experience in Javaor Python\n- Experience in containerization\n- Experience in database development (PostgreSQL)\n- Experience in developing web services (REST, SOAP, etc.)\n- Familiarity with software development cycle such as version control, testing methodologies, agiledevelopmentand CI/CD.\nMBD path: \n\n- Familiarity with Model Based Design, preferably in MATLAB and Simulink suite\n- Knowledge of scripting languages like Python\n- Elementary knowledge of building models, simulating systems, analyzing simulation results, and code generation in MBD approach.\n- Familiarity with software development cycle such as version control, testing methodologies,
