This position will support the Ridley Park, PA location.\nPosition Responsibilities:\nPerform duties to ensure common areas and offices are clean and sanitary.\nClean, deposit trash, and move recycles to designated areas for disposition. Scrub, sweep, polish floors, walls, office furniture, and remove waste. \nClean washrooms and maintain supplies of soap, towels, and cleaning items\nStore hand trucks, mop buckets and other equipment in an orderly fashion and in designated locations. \nClean partitions and windows, and polish metal ornamental surfaces. Perform general housekeeping operations. Use all tools, materials, equipment, and instruments necessary in the performance of the work of this classification. \nPerform work in accordance with oral or written instructions and in conformance with Company standards of safety, workmanship, and good housekeeping practice.\nMust have the ability to safely operate standard janitorial tools and equipment after receiving appropriate training.\nThis position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location option.\nThis position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. “US Person” includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.\n Basic Qualification (Required):\nMust have a Valid Driver's License\nMust have the ability to stand, bend, reach, kneel, push, and pull for the duration of the shift.\nMust have the ability to lift/carry up to 35 pounds and push/pull using up to 45 pounds of force.\nMust have the ability to work 2nd shift (2:00 PM to 10:30 PM)\nMust be able to work independently as well as part of a team\nPreferred Qualifications:\nPrevious commercial, industrial, custodial, or janitorial experience.\nShift:\nThis position will be for 2nd shift\nRelocation:\nThis position does not offer relocation.
