This individual will be proactive, an engaged self-starter, with the capability to work independently and collaboratively. Program Coordinators are essential links to our customer base, so the capability and desire to establish a robust network across their assigned space is a must.\nPosition Responsibilities:\nServe as a communications focal point for Joint Programs, coordinating and facilitating communication across stakeholders.\nDevelop and execute communications and marketing strategies to increase awareness and utilization of Joint Programs products and Services.\nPerform activities to plan, design, deliver and maintain Joint Program projects to improve the technical competence of the workforce.\nCommunicate Joint Programs products and services to IAM-represented employees, union staff, Boeing management, and other organizations to support marketing and stakeholder engagement.\nAcquire resources for projects/processes and lead process improvements.\nDevelop and maintain relationships and partnerships with customers, collaborators, peers, partners and direct reports.\nAvailable and prepared to support projects on 2nd and 3rd shift when needed.\nBasic Qualifications (Required Skill/Experience):\n5+ years of experience solving problems and generating alternatives\n3+ years of experience managing projects, tasks, or other critical activities\n1+ years of experience in facilitating or helping to lead process improvement activities\n1+ years of experience in managing web/portal content\nPreferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):\n3+ years of experience supporting cross-functional teams\n1+ years of experience creating and developing strategy plans\nExperience with Marketing and Branding\nExperience implementing Safety Improvements in a manufacturing environment\nExperience leading groups, teams or activities\nExperience working with collective bargaining agreements and/or IAM/Boeing Joint Programs activities\nConflict of Interest: Successful candidates for this job must satisfy the Company’s Conflict of Interest (COI) assessment process\nDrug Free Workplace:\nBoeing is a Drug Free Workplace where post offer applicants and employees are subject to testing for marijuana, cocaine, opioids, amphetamines, PCP, and alcohol when criteria is met as outlined in our policies.\nPay & Benefits:\nAt Boeing, we strive to deliver a Total Rewards package that will attract, engage and retain the top talent.
