Position Responsibilities: Direct and execute system-level integration, functional and acceptance testing, and post-modification checkouts; collect, analyze, and report test data and anomalies. Lead and perform complex field modifications, system upgrades, retrofits, and installations on GMD launch, C2, sensor, and support equipment per engineering drawings, technical orders, and approved work packages. Troubleshoot and resolve complex electrical, electronic, and electromechanical failures; provide root-cause input and recommend corrective actions. Maintain configuration control and as-built documentation; review and approve field change packages and wiring/assembly updates. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior technicians; assign tasks, review work, and enforce quality and safety standards.
