The Lead EE will be the technical authority over the development, design, production, and test of the system.\nPosition Responsibilities:\nEstablishes a culture of proactive technical oversight, risk management and rapid issue resolution, providing alternative paths for issue resolution and an open dialogue on technical issues\nLead requirement, function, and interface development for a new Avionics system\nPresent data for the product at Design Reviews, product Acceptance and Qualification Reviews, and Delivery Reviews as required\nGuide technical path for product definition and execution\nAccountable to IPT Lead, IAMD CE and respective Program CE\nTechnical authority over the development, design, production, and test of a new Avionics system\nThis position requires the ability to obtain a US Security Clearance for which the US Government requires US Citizenship. An interim U.S. secret clearance Pre Start and final U.S. secret clearance Post Start is required.\nBasic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):\nBachelor of Science degree in Engineering (with a focus in Electrical, Mechanical or Aeronautical), Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry or non-US equivalent qualifications directly related to the work statement\n9 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience or non-US equivalent qualifications\nProven experience (5+ years) leading a multi-disciplinary engineering team in development or production environments\nDemonstrated experience with circuit card assembly design and bring up\nExperience with executing engineering in support of program milestone reviews (SRR, PDR, CDR, etc)\nEngineering experience on development and production programs\nExperience supporting or managing engineering release processes\nExperience mentoring early career engineers\nFundamental knowledge in power distribution systems, complex airborne power systems, power amplification systems, flight computers, IMUs, and/or Seeker/Radar system power architectures\nPreferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):\nExcellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex systems and troubleshoot technical issues\nFamiliarity with technical proposal development\nFamiliarity with test equipment design and validation\nExperience with SPICE, MATLAB, Mentor Graphics Expedition, and Hyperlynx\nExtensive experience with lab and measurement tools, ex.
