This role is execution focused and placed within the Digital Infrastructure Segment (DIS), with a strong emphasis on Cloud Computing. This role provides an opportunity to combine engineering leadership and program execution to influence the next generation of digital capabilities on a proprietary defense program.\nPosition Responsibilities:\nLead project execution for DIS work packages that heavily leverage Cloud Engineering capabilities.\n\nPlan, coordinate, and manage cross-functional teams to meet cost, schedule, and performance goals.\n\nDefine work packages, allocate resources, track progress, and manage subcontractor activities.\n\nEstablish and monitor performance metrics and analytics to measure technical and business outcomes.\n\nManage Earned Value Management (EVM) reporting and analysis; support risk, issue, and opportunity management.\n\nRespond to changes in Statement of Work (SOW), assess impacts, and negotiate modifications to deliverables, costs, and schedules.\n\nServe as Cost Account Manager (CAM) as assigned.\n\nBuild and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, suppliers, and the customer.\n\nPromote a transparent, inclusive, and collaborative team culture.\n\nThis position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at Hazelwood, MO.\nTravel may be required up to 10% of the time; Domestically depending on business needs.\nThis position requires an active U.S. Secret Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship Required).
