This position is essential for providing logistics and stock support to the customer, ensuring that stock is in the right place at the right time. The role involves day-to-day onsite management of customer owned stock and coordinating on-site DLF activities.\nPosition Responsibilities:\nDuties will include (but are not limited to):\nScanning and replenishment of bins to ensure minimum stock levels necessary to support stock availability\nMaintaining the delivery cycle to meet customer demand and contractual requirements\nActing as the first point of contact for customer stock queries, identifying issues, and referring complex queries to the correct team for resolution\nRunning and working all reporting and variance sheets, providing appropriate updates and reports to internal and external customers, and inputting into KPI reporting as required\nProvide support in preparing kits and assisting the production/build lines\nComplying with Boeing Distribution Services mission, values, quality systems, procedures, and ISO manual, and adhering to applicable Collins policies for operating on the customer’s site\nIdentifying and offering suggestions to improve efficiency\nContributing to a positive and inspiring working environment\nBasic Qualifications (Required Skills / Experience):\n2+ years of relevant work experience\nPrevious experience in a customer-facing role or direct interaction with external stakeholders\nExperience working with logistics operations within a highly regulated field/industry\nPreferred Qualifications (Desired Skills / Experience):\nFLT qualifications are preferable\nSolid Relationship building skills and customer service mindset\nFirst touch points with the Aerospace industry\nFlexible, with the ability to multitask effectively\nAbility to work in a fast-paced and complex environment\nFluency in English, both written and verbally\nBasic IT skills - MS Office and SAP preferred\nA clean driver’s license\nThe Boeing benefits package goes above and beyond, focusing on your physical, emotional, financial and social well-being.
