This position is the single focal point responsible for requirements management, verification, and validation on the program functionally reporting to the Systems Engineering, Integration, and Test (SEIT) Lead as well as the program’s System Architect and Chief Engineer.\nPosition Responsibilities:\nManage system requirements development, decomposition, and allocation\nDevelop and execute requirement verification strategies, test procedures, and produce corresponding test reports\nWork with customers and stakeholders on system behavior\nPerform system verification and validation of requirements\nCreate system analysis and project engineering artifacts (Technical Performance Measures, Risk, Issue, & Opportunity Management, SEIT performance/leading indicator metrics)\nResolve technical challenges as they arise\nDevelop and deliver SEIT products such as data deliverables, architecture models/documents, requirements specifications, reports, etc.\nGenerate and maintain design documentation\nUpdates and maintains the PTES MBSE model to reflect the “as-is” design\nBasic Qualifications (Required Skills/ Experience):\nBachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology (including Manufacturing Technology), Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry or non-US equivalent qualifications directly related to the work statement\nExperience working with requirements or verifications procedures\nExperience with Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE)\nExperience with Model Based Engineering tools and languages such as Enterprise Architecture, Cameo, MagicDraw, UML/SysML, 3DX, CATIA\nPreferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):\n SME (Level 4): 9+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience \nExperience with MBSE model domains (structural, behavioral, requirements, parametric, traceability)\nExperience with the modeling elements associated with each domain\nwith Jira Xray plugin for test plan and procedure development and test execution\nAbility to travel to remote locations for test executions\nExperience with Sparx Systems Enterprise Architect product\nExperience with REST APIs\nExperience with messaging middleware (e.g., Kafka)\nExperience with microservice architecture and containerization\nMust be competent in the usage of at least one modeling tool\nConflict of Interest:\nSuccessful candidates for this job must satisfy the Company’s Conflict of Interest (COI) assessment process.\nDrug Free Workplace:\nBoeing is a Drug Free Workplace where post offer applicants and employees are subject to testing for marijuana, cocaine, opioids, amphetamines, PCP, and alcohol when criteria is met as outlined in our policies.\nRelocation:\nThis position offers relocation based on candidate eligibility.
