Responsibilities include:\nImplementing and maintain a register of movement of all hand tools, test and measuring equipment (TME) and Precision Termination Tools (PTT).\nImplement the calibration requirements of TME and PTT.\nEnsure controlled issue and return of all tools.\nMaintain and administer access to the Tool Control System and application i.e. CribMaster and undertake the relevant Tool Control System training.\nRequest from Tool Custodian tool asset number for all tools and ensure proper markings of the tools.\nFor ensuring all loan tooling arriving on site are brought to the attention of the Operations Tool Store Lead, for such tooling to be receipted/registered on CribMaster, in line with the required tool control/calibration requirements.\nCarry out daily open and close (or handover) checks on the main tool store and carry out regular periodic inventory management checks of all tool kits\nPurchase replacement/new tools as the business needs arise.\nCarry out tool store actions for the U/S tool reporting process within this document .\nEnsure all tools and TME and PTT that require Calibration are clearly marked with the details of the calibration, ensuring Tool Control System is also kept up-to-date.\nEnsure toolkits contain an up-to-date toolkit folder (log book) as described in current document.\nQuarantine all tools and TME that are damaged or out of calibration. If the tool cannot be placed in secure quarantine it should be clearly marked as unserviceable and prevented from use, whilst ensuring Tool Control System reflects this.\nCarry out appropriate actions for the replenishment, control and management of FLAP accounts and provisions/stores/consumables.\nBasic Qualifications\nFluent written and Spoken English\nPreferred Skills and Experience:\nForklift truck Operators Licence\nThe ability to apply both technical knowledge and human factors (HF) knowledge, with regard to assessing the requirements against the individual tasks being undertaken.\nA good communicator, with a demonstrable ability to communicate the technical work requirements to others.\nPossesses knowledge of MAA Regulatory Articles (RA), MAA Regulatory Publication (MRP) Part 145, BDUK Part 145 MOE, aviation Quality Assurance (QA) and Safety Management System (SMS) and application of these requirements within their area of accountability, responsibility and authority.\nIs capable of working and communicating with management levels, cross functional areas and the customer effectively.\nIs capable and experienced in sequencing and controlling demanding workloads, on time, to budget and to the required standard.\nCan demonstrate the Boeing ‘Our Values’:\nLead on safety, quality, integrity and sustainability.\nFoster a Just Culture grounded in humility, inclusion and transparency.\nImport and demonstrate best leadership practices.\nEarn stakeholder trust and preference.\nRespect one another and advance a global team.\nSeek, Speak & Listen.\nBecoming a Boeing Employee\nThe Boeing benefits package goes above and beyond, focusing on your physical, emotional, financial and social well-being.
