This role works closely with the product line Chief Engineer, Director and Strategy teams to deliver immense Customer value based on operational feedback, market trends and stated Customer mission needs. The Product Manager:\nWorks with senior leadership, Engineering, Program managers, Strategy and/or Business Development to enact the overarching development strategy and coordinates capability development to establish a product definition which delivers integrated capabilities to support business objectives.\nMonitor and maintain competitive intelligence assessment;\nImplements the evolution of capabilities and advances the architecture of existing systems or emerging subsystems and technology.\nDevelop and maintain product roadmaps, requirements, white-papers.\nAchieves goals for productivity, quality and customer satisfaction. Prioritizes team inputs, aligned to an integrated technical and/or product roadmap, to ensure business, technical and customer requirements are achieved.\nReviews plans' execution, makes appropriate adjustments, and resolves issues in collaboration with Product Line Manager(s) and Chief Engineers.\nDevelops and executes process plans, implements policies and procedures and sets operational goals.\nMonitors, demonstrates, documents and reports the product's implementation, timelines, budgets, issues, risks, risk mitigation and successes to stakeholders.\nEstablishes partnerships and maintains strong and effective stakeholder working relationships.\nDevelop and monitor product lifecycle strategies, sustainment and obsolescence oversight.\nOversee resource management and allocation\nCoordinate with functional leaders, senior product line managers and Chief Engineers to establish project resource plans for the execution of a development portfolio inclusive of: capital expenditures, sustainment, IRAD, CSR&D, CRAD, BD Assist, B&P and IWA's.\nundefined\n\nEducation & Experience:\nTechnical bachelor's degree and 14 or more years related work experience or a master's degree with 12 or more years of related work experience. \nA technical degree is defined as any four-year degree, or greater, in mathematics, sciences or technologies. \nProven ability to collect, analyze, and interpret data to drive actionable business decisions. \nExperience leading and building high-performing teams through effective influence and communication. \nStrong business and financial acumen with demonstrated ability to develop strategies based on economic and industry analysis. \nExcellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information across diverse audiences. \nTrack record of prioritizing customer needs and building long-term customer relationships. \nSolid decision-making skills with the ability to evaluate options and implement effective solutions. \nIn-depth knowledge of UAS, autonomous systems, ISR, aerospace and weapon systems, including airframes, subsystems, components, and software. \nDemonstrated application of engineering judgment to ensure quality and integrity in product design. \nSkilled at gaining commitment and buy-in from stakeholders using adaptive interpersonal approaches. \nStrong understanding of industry trends, competition, and strategic partnerships. \nExperience in providing technical leadership, coaching teams, and driving technical excellence. \nKnowledge of complete product lifecycle management, from manufacturing through to end-of-life.\n\nPreferred Education & Experience:\nUnderstanding of Defense Acquisition, Contracting and international markets.\nAbility to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment.\nExperience with C4ISR.\nStrong financial and business case development skills.\n\nRelocation Statement:\nThis position is available for relocation assistance.
