The Boeing CompanyBoeing Global Services (BGS) is looking for a Procurement Agent (Associate) to support our team in Hazelwood, MO.
Position Responsibilities:
- Provides oversight and management of supply and demand, schedules, supplier quality, delivery and financial performance.
- Leads negotiation of pricing and contract terms and conditions.
- Prepares and executes negotiation strategies resulting in contractual documents and binding agreements.
- Interprets and enforces contract terms and conditions.
- Consults with external customers to resolve supplier performance issues.
- Leads supplier performance teams to develop strategic supplier solutions across programs and commodities.
- Participates on supply chain process improvement teams and identifies improvement opportunities for potential integration into supplier contract strategies
- Reviews and comprehends supplier statements of work.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- 2+ years of experience working with Supplier Management, Supply Chain, Procurement and/or strategic sourcing practices and processes
- 2+ Experience project management experience with multiple stake holders
- 2+ Experience drafting contracts or legal documents
- 2+ Experience with Microsoft Office Products (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word)
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- Experience presenting for executive leadership awareness and approval
- Experience in Contract Management
- Familiarity with FAR and DFAR type contracting
- MRO and/or Service Experience

Summary Pay Range: $69,700 - $94,300/Annually
