The position provides the selected candidate the opportunity to procure new technologies and materials in support of the newly developed Specialty materials in Center of Excellence, including research, testing, and support of future BDS programs from a wide array of suppliers.\nPosition Responsibilities:\nIntegrates program, customer, product and in-service strategies into source selection, negotiation and contracting strategies\nNegotiates pricing and contract terms and conditions\nPrepares and executes negotiated contractual documents and binding agreements\nConducts risk, issues and opportunities management\nManages supply and demand, schedules, supplier quality, delivery and financial performance\nInitiates and executes supplier improvement activities and integrates results into contracting strategies\nThis position is expected to be 100% onsite.
