We are looking for Procurement Agent (Buyer) to join our team within one of the listed locations.\nPosition Responsibilities:\nThis is an individual contributor position in a growing global organization. The individual will partner with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to expand our service delivery model while ensuring service delivery excellence to all business partners.\nThe ideal candidate must enjoy working in a dynamic, fast-paced business environment. He or she must be flexible to accommodate business requirements that span multiple time zones and may require travel, having international experience working with diverse groups and cultures will be an added advantage. The candidate also will have strong communication skills. He or she must be able to maintain positive relationships with leadership and all levels of the organization.\nAs a member of the Supply Chain Management team, the Buyer responsibilities include:\nNegotiating contracts for products, services and technologies.\n\nEngaging stakeholders to ensure that program, customer, product and in-service strategies are integrated into source selection, negotiation and contracting strategies. Negotiating pricing and contract terms and conditions.\n\nPreparing and executing negotiated contractual documents and binding agreements. Optimizing execution of the supply chain balancing inventory, supply orders and schedule demand.\n\nManaging supplier/subcontractor performance and relationship to ensure delivery, quality, financial stability and in-service performance.\n\nMitigating risks and issues. Initiating supplier improvement activities and provides results for integration into contracting strategies.\n\nPerforming continuous review and analysis of demand and supply.\n\nPreparing and executing proprietary information agreements.\n\nSupporting sourcing strategies, negotiations and documenting of contracts and agreements.\n\nCommunicating performance expectations and metrics to evaluate and monitor supplier performance.\n\nFunctional Excellence Competencies:\nAccountability and Responsibility\n\nDemonstrates a willingness to accept responsibility and accountability for one's actions.
