This role will require you to integrate and partner with BCA Contracts, Category Management, Engineering, and Fabrication teams.\nThe ideal candidate will have a background in wire bundle or electrical component categories, experience in Supply Chain Operations, and the ability to manage multiple tasks while collaborating effectively with business partners as part of an integrated team. In this role you will drive performance improvements across the Supply Chain-eliminating shortages to the Boeing Fabrication production system and contributing to the broader Boeing production flow from Fabrication to the end customer. You will lead change, inspire suppliers and Supply Chain teams that provide diverse parts and assemblies to our global Fabrication Divisions, and help connect the external supply chain to Boeing Fabrication and Airplane Programs in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.\nPosition Responsibilities:\nAnalyzes and prepares reports to measure key supplier and internal performance indicators\nDevelop processes and tools to measure key performance indicators\nCommunicates critical initiatives, projects or procurement activities\nDevelop and implement plans to support customer, program and commodity strategies\nDevelop cross-functional process management activities\nDevelop efforts to mitigate risk and resolve issues to high-risk programs\nAnalyzes supplier and business processes and procedures to identify improvement opportunities and incorporate into strategies\nActs as primary point of contact between External Supply Chain and BCA Fabrication Business Units\nIntegrates with Fabrication Manufacturing Business Units and Supply Chain Core to address any help needed\nMetric/data tracking - daily external shortage summary\nSupport supplier recovery actions and complete shortage reduction strategies\nAssist with preparing executive presentations\nSupport rate readiness actions\nThis position is expected to be 100% onsite.
