The Tomahawk program is expanding to include additional US and foreign customers and will remain relevant for many more years. This position is essential for helping Tapestry Solutions and our customers navigate this expansion.\nThe successful candidate for the role of Product Security Engineer will play a crucial role in supporting the development, deployment, and maintenance of computing and information security requirements for the Tomahawk program, while adhering to strict government regulations. You will have the opportunity to shape and guide compliance, information security, and data protection requirements, ensuring the highest level of protection. Your expertise will be instrumental in assessing the acceptability of unique configurations and implementing robust security controls. Additionally, you will be responsible for investigating and resolving security incidents, actively participating in security policy assessments and audits, and effectively managing regulatory compliance in the dynamic field of cybersecurity.\nPosition Responsibilities:\nLeads development, implementation, and sustainment of product security and resiliency throughout the requirements, design, build, test, production, operations, and support lifecycle\nLeads the development and enhancement of system requirements and architectures for product security to meet all applicable certification and customer requirements\nEnsures security of facilities, equipment, tools, data, networks, and resources used for product: design, development, build, test, storage, delivery, operations, and support\nLeads the definition and identification of product security requirements for suppliers of components and subsystems for integration into complex Boeing products and services\nLeads coordination with governments, customers, suppliers, and industry to identify risks and improve industry and regulatory security standards and requirements for programs and interfacing systems\nLeads research and development activities resulting in innovative solutions\nLeads the advisement of customers on maintaining product security and certification, including security consequences of modifying products and services\nBasic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):\nBachelor’s Degree\nActive U.S. Secret clearance with the ability to obtain a TS/SCI/SAP\nAbility to travel between 10% and 30% of the time to support customers at domestic and international locations\nQualified to meet the DoD 8140 Program Foundational qualifications\nExperience with the installation, configuration, maintenance, and administration of Microsoft Windows operating systems\nWorking knowledge of PowerShell, Batch, and Bash scripting\nExperience in all aspects of design and implementation of cybersecurity controls, processes, and procedures\nPreferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):\nBachelor of Science degree from an accredited course of study in engineering, engineering technology (includes manufacturing engineering technology), chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science and 5+ years of related work experience OR Bachelor’s Degree and 9+ years of directly related work experience OR 13+ years of related, relevant experience\nExperience with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of RedHat Enterprise Linux.\nWorking knowledge of highly available virtualization clusters and Storage Area Networks (SAN)\nExperience with the DoD Security Technical Implementation Guide (STIG) review process\nDrug Free Workplace:\nWe are a Drug Free Workplace where post offer applicants and employees are subject to testing for marijuana, cocaine, opioids, amphetamines, PCP, and alcohol when criteria is met as outlined in our policies.\nPay & Benefits:\nWe strive to deliver a total rewards package that will attract, engage and retain the top talent.
