The position will partner cross-functionally to accelerate innovation, improve efficiency, and strengthen manufacturing readiness across multiple programs and the site.\nPosition Responsibilities:\nManage employees performing engineering and technical activities in Production Engineering.\n\nDevelop and execute project and process plans, implementing policies and procedures.\n\nSet operational goals and acquire necessary resources for projects and processes.\n\nDevelop and maintain relationships with customers, stakeholders, and team members.\n\nOversee and approve technical approaches, products, and processes.\n\nManage, develop, and motivate employees to achieve high performance.\n\nExcellent communication skills, both written and verbal\n\nThis position is expected to be 100% onsite.The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.\nTo be considered for this position you will be required to complete an assessment as part of the selection process.
