Position is located in Frimley, UK.\nPosition Responsibilities:\nIndependently develops, coordinates, integrates, analyzes, and maintains an integrated plan and schedule to meet program and/or project requirements in accordance with project management industry standards. \nPerforms studies, analysis (trend, variance, impact), risk assessments to determine impacts, and constraints involving product development, production rates, process improvement, program initiatives. \nCreates schedule, reports, metrics, change activity, communicates and updates plan regularly throughout lifecycle of program or project. \nWorks to improve project management processes, business systems, and implement best practices that support project decision makers. \nDirects all phases of projects or subsystems of major projects from inception through completion. Acts as primary project contact to establish key stakeholder requirements and project objectives. \nAssists customers to develop performance recovery plan and ensure all project control systems are in place to support ongoing support to stakeholders.\nBasic Qualifications: (Required Skills / Experience)\n5+ years of experience in a role requiring project scheduling / program management skills\n5+ years of experience using Microsoft Office Tools, Word, Excel, PowerPoint\nPreferred Qualifications: (Desired Skills / Experience):\nBachelor’s degree\nExperience building schedules from scratch\nExperience working with PowerBI, Tableau, Smartsheet or other business intelligence systems\nExperience conducting data analysis with Excel\nExperience with Agile / SAFe Methodology\nExperience with scheduling tools (e.g. Microsoft Project, etc.)\nWork Authorisation:\nThis requisition is for a locally hired position in the UK.
