The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who can quickly translate complex technical issues into clear, actionable information without compromising quality including quality status and schedule risks to senior and executive leadership.\nPosition Responsibilities:\nManages employees performing quality engineering and technical activities on or in support of programs through all phases of the product lifecycle. \nDevelops quality strategies and plans in support of new business acquisition and execution of program/business plans. \nProvides education and coaching on the Quality System. \nAcquires and manages resources, provides quality technical management and leads performance improvements. \nDevelops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners, suppliers and direct reports. \nOversees review of technical information to ensure quality and producibility. \nManages, develops and motivates employees.\nDevelops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners, suppliers and direct reports\nOversees review of technical information to ensure quality and producibility\nAbility to understand the big picture and inter-relationships of functions\nAbility to effectively communicate current state technical performance to plans for executive consumption\nThis position is expected to be 100% onsite.
