We regularly address emerging and complex issues, and we are seeking individuals who bring a proactive, solution-oriented mindset and a strong commitment to moving work forward, even when responsibilities extend beyond traditional role boundaries.\nPosition Responsibilities:\nReviews proposals, contracts, purchase orders, regulatory, program and customer requirements for quality requirements and ensuring early quality involvement.\nPrepares and maintains Quality directives, policies, processes, procedures and metrics to assure program, contract, customer, regulatory requirements, international standards and working agreements are deployed\nAnalyzes process data, metrics, models and flows to identify root cause of problems\nReview existing processes and procedures, and lead initiatives and projects to regularly assess, update, and improve those processes to ensure they remain effective and aligned with organizational requirements.\nProvides reviews to support the Undue Burden FAA process\nParticipates with stakeholders to develop potential preventive or corrective actions and implementation\nConducts research, compiles and analyzes performance reports and process control statistics, to continuously improve process capability\nConducts quality source selection and process reviews of suppliers' ability to meet program quality requirements and support business decisions, and develops a coordinated response for management review and approval\nConducts hardware, software and system level audits to determine compliance with quality management system standards, configuration assurance, related business, regulatory and customer requirements and reports results to management\nAnalyzes data to provide material review dispositions for nonconforming materials, parts and equipment\nManage multiple statements of work with the flexibility to support an expanding scope of responsibilities.\nEffectively collaborate with a diverse, geographically dispersed domestic team.\nWorks under general direction\nBasic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):\n1+ years of Quality Planning Experience\nExperience working with metrics to drive data driven solutions/decisions and presenting\nPreferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):\n3 + years of Experience working in a quality job role\nExperience working with quality systems (e.g., Boeing Quality Management System (BQMS), International Organization for Standardization (ISO9001), Aerospace Standard (AS91001))\nExperience gathering data and performing a Root Cause Corrective Action (RCCA)\nExperience in Undue Burden Determination\nExperience working in SAP\nExperience working with REDARs to review drawings\nDrug Free Workplace:\nBoeing is a Drug Free Workplace where post offer applicants and employees are subject to testing for marijuana, cocaine, opioids, amphetamines, PCP, and alcohol when criteria is met as outlined in our policies.\nTotal Rewards and Pay Transparency:\nAt Boeing, we strive to deliver a Total Rewards package that will attract, engage and retain the top talent.
