Support system and subsystem engineers to define unit or lower-level performance, interface and environmental requirements and respective verification methods\n\nDevelops architectures to integrate systems and components into higher level systems and platforms\n\nPerforms trade studies, modeling, simulation and other forms of analysis to predict component, interconnects and system performance and to optimize design around established requirements\n\nCreates and validates gain-loss budgets to understand RF performance over environmental conditions, life, and part-to-part variation\n\nGenerate unit or lower-level test procedures\n\nDefines and conducts tests to validate performance of designs to requirements\n\nProvides support to products throughout lifecycle\n\nWorks under general direction\n\nThis position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.\nBasic Qualifications (Required Skills/ Experience):\nBachelor of Science degree in Engineering (with a focus in Electrical, Mechanical or Aeronautical), Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry or non-US equivalent qualifications directly related to the work statement\n\n2+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience\n\nPossesses comprehensive knowledge of electronics, RF/microwave principles, theories, and test techniques\n\nPreferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):\nBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering\n\nThis position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship as a condition of employment (A final U.S. Top Secret/SCI Clearance Post-Start is required)\n\nKnowledge in some, or all, of the following subjects:\nElectromagnetics and RF/Microwave theory\n\nRF circuit design (active and passive)\n\nRF Gain-Loss budget of cascaded RF circuits/systems\n\nPrinted circuit board layout and design\n\nDesign tools: AWR Microwave Office, HFSS, ADS\n\nRelocation:\nThis position offers relocation based on candidate eligibility.
