You will be a part of an organization that provides industry leadership in commercial and defense aviation training and capabilities, including custom software development, engineering and technical services, and a range of services to support training centers and pilot provisioning worldwide.\nPosition Responsibilities:\nSupport assignment of configuration items/computer software configuration items (CS/CSCI) identifiers\nManage program technical baselines and interfaces\nPrepare and coordinate change documentation and Engineering Change Proposals (ECP) / Contract Change Proposals (CCPs)\nPerform configuration audits and verification activities for hardware, software, systems\nPrepare metrics and status reports\nAttend Engineering and Configuration meetings, working groups and boards.\nWork with Boeing program teams, Business Partner, Customer and Suppliers\nEducate and/or train others on program CM processes\nBasic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):\nBachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology (including Manufacturing Technology), Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry or non-US equivalent qualifications directly related to the work statement\n5+ years of experience with configuration management\nExperience with technical proposal writing\nAbility to obtain access to Special Access Programs (SAP)\nPreferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):\nActive US Secret Security Clearance\nCandidates with National Defense Industrial Association (NDIA) Configuration/Data Management certification\nExperience with estimates of completion (EACs,) forecasting, resource planning, and cost management systems\nConflict Of Interest:\nSuccessful Candidates for this job must satisfy the Company’s Conflict of Interest (COI) assessment process.\nDrug Free Workplace:\nBoeing is a Drug Free Workplace where post offer applicants and employees are subject to testing for marijuana, cocaine, opioids, amphetamines, PCP, and alcohol when criteria is met as outlined in our policies.\nPay & Benefits:\nAt Boeing, we strive to deliver a Total Rewards package that will attract, engage and retain the top talent.
