This position reports to the SPD Chief Program Engineer.\nPosition Responsibilities:\nProvides engineering support to the AAS Special Mission Pod production contract and the SPD sustainment subcontract.\n\nEnsures that the team has the proper skills, tools, processes, and resources needed to execute Statement of Work tasks.\n\nCollaborates with the Production Operations, Quality, Supplier-Management, Business and Program-Management teams.\n\nDevelops and maintains outstanding relationships with external customers is essential.\n\nBuilds and sustains a high-performing team.\n\nDevelops plans, supports proposals, and executes major cost reduction initiatives.\n\nResponds rapidly to emerging technical needs in the Advanced Airborne Sensor (AAS) pod production factory and in the fleet is imperative.\n\nExcellent communication skills and ensures that external customers and executive leadership are well informed.\n\nThis position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite in Berkley, MO.\nThis position requires an active U.S. Top Secret Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship Required).
