The position is part of a multidisciplinary team delivering leading-edge defense platforms and involves close coordination with engineering groups, program stakeholders, and internal and external partners to define requirements and address program needs. Success calls for strong independent execution, sound judgment, and effective collaboration across diverse technical and stakeholder teams.\nIn joining Boeing, you are going to be a part of a diverse multi-disciplinary team of engineers, operating across platforms, using the latest tools and methodologies.\nPosition Responsibilities:\nSupport development, integration, testing, certification, and sustainment of aircraft training systems throughout the product lifecycle\nDevelop and refine system requirements, architectures, technical designs, and engineering documentation\nCoordinate with systems, software, hardware, customer, supplier, and industry partners to define technical requirements, interfaces, activities, and solutions\nConduct engineering analyses and assessments; document findings, identify technical issues, and track corrective actions through closure\nAdvise stakeholders on assessment results and provide actionable recommendations to improve system architecture, designs, and software quality\nEstablish and implement engineering processes, standards, and controls to meet program, certification, and regulatory requirements\nPlan and support test, verification, and validation activities, including test reviews, analysis of results, and preparation of objective evidence for audits and program reviews\nWork independently to complete assigned engineering tasks while contributing effectively within a collaborative team\nThis position is expected to be 100% onsite.
