This role combines program management, technical leadership, stakeholder engagement, and facility stewardship.\nPosition Responsibilities Include:\nManages employees and mid-level managers performing business management activities in the area of Program Management\nDevelops and executes integrated organizational plans, policies and procedures and guides the development of business and technical strategies, goals, objectives\nAcquires resources for organizational activities, provides technical management of suppliers and leads process improvements\nDevelop and maintain relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports\nProvides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes\nManages, develops and motivates employees and mid-level managers\nBasic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):\nThis position requires an active U.S. Top Secret/SCI Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship Required).
