Join us in shaping the future of defense technology and making a difference in the world!\nPosition Responsibilities:\nLeadership:\nCollaborate closely with technical teams to understand and assess programmatic impacts of technical challenges, issues, and changes. Support Program Manager by providing recommendations, building plans, and driving resolution through daily execution\nIdentify and communicate gaps in program resources and plans\nLead process improvements and implement Program Management Best Practices (PMBP). Oversee collection and analysis of program performance metrics to support data-driven decision-making and status reporting\nEnsure IPT is operating to the IMS, develop and maintain the IMS for multiple development programs\nEnsure compliance with security and programmatic requirements throughout the product lifecycle\nSystems Thinking:\nUnderstand the big picture and inter-relationships of all positions and activities in the system, anticipating future events and apply systems thinking principles to ensure program success\nProactively challenge the status quo by identifying opportunities for improvement\nRelationship Management:\nDevelop and maintain relationships and partnerships with customers (Prime Customer and US Government), stakeholders, peers, and partners. Act as program interface for all above parties as required\nProvide recommendations and assistance in development of technical approaches, products, and processes\nBusiness Acumen:\nLead proposals for future software/algorithm development programs\nUnderstand how the business operates, including policies, practices, trends, and competition\nAnalyze budgets and ensure IPT is set to operate within these, drive profitability of software development programs\nBasic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):\nThis position requires an active U.S. Secret Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship Required).
