The selected candidate will help ensure support requirements are established, documented, tracked, and executed in alignment with contract requirements and mission objectives.\nPosition Responsibilities Include:\nPlanning for support needs, costs, technical goals, work plans, reports, schedules, implementation plans, and integration plans\nMonitor process development and coordinate work to keep technical data and procedures up to date\nCreate and lead presentations and status reviews, and track program execution\nHelp develop estimates for proposals and research and development work\nPlan, organize, and support aircraft, aircraft component, and support equipment maintenance and repairs\nEnsure maintenance data for aircraft, components, and support equipment is documented and properly handled\nDocument nonconforming materials, hardware, software, tools, parts, and assemblies according to required procedures\nPromote a safe, clean, and organized work environment\nManage work packages and schedules to support efficient operations\nTrack training and provide aircraft and flight line safety training.\nUse company and customer systems, including Microsoft Office tools\nCommunicate with suppliers, customers, and internal teams to explain operations, tests, or issues\nPerform physically demanding tasks as required\nBasic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):\nThis position requires an active U.S. Secret Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship Required).
