Includes using integrated program planning to align system development efforts with customer needs and business goals and tracking key performance metrics of the system. Ability to maintain status in EVM, JIRA, Calendar, and related trackers. Ability to manage system risk and maturity by regularly assessing the system’s status throughout the program lifecycle.\nTechnical Lead Engineer: Has a solid command of the Boeing Systems Engineering BPIs, BPGs, DPs, SEBPs, and ESGP or similar business processes. Ability to mentor early career engineers and senior engineers transitioning to the Systems Engineering Discipline.
