Our group spans the full engineering lifecycle - from technology investment and concept development through proposal writing, requirements, design, build, integration, test, and operational demonstration - ensuring solutions are robust, mission-ready, and proven in their intended environments.\nPosition Responsibilities:\nDesigns, developments, and analyses of user interfaces of software systems\nPartners with appropriate stakeholders to oversee translation of software requirements and models that meet customer, operational and performance requirements\nAids completion of software system-level analyses to identify risk, issues and opportunities\nAssists software engineers to successfully complete code reviews to ensure alignment to requirements and standards.\nReview of product and process for alignment with project plans and industry standards\nResearches and oversees implementation of current and emerging software technologies, tools, and frameworks\nSecurity Clearance:\nThis position requires an active U.S. Top Secret Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship Required). (A U.S. Security Clearance that has been active in the past 24 months is considered active)\nA final U.S. Top Secret/ SCI Security Clearance Post-Start is required.\nBasic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):\nBachelor’s Degree or higher\n3+ years’ experience in Object Oriented Design and Programming\n1+ years’ experience integrating and troubleshooting front-end and back-end software components, including supporting fix regardless of component\nExperience in building testable, scalable, flexible, and robust UI components that integrate with object-oriented software development and patterns (typically C++ or Java)\nPreferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):\n Level 4: 9 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience\nBachelor of Science degree from an accredited course of study in engineering, engineering technology (includes manufacturing engineering technology), chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science and 5+ years of related work experience OR Bachelor’s Degree and 9+ years of directly related work experience OR 13+ years of related, relevant experience\nExperience with Software Engineering principles including, but not limited to, Software Configuration Management, Software Architecture and Design, and Software Life Cycle Management\nExperience with one or more of the following: Java, C++, Python, JS frameworks (REACT, jQuery UI, Open Layers, etc.), Spring Framework, Hibernate, RDBMS, MongoDB, REST, and OpenAPI\nExperience using dependency management and automation services (e.g. Ivy, Maven, Gradle, Git, Jenkins, etc.)\nExperience using cloud-based infrastructure (e.g. AWS, Azure, etc.)\nFamiliarity with practices such as test-driven development (TDD), agile software development, DevSecOps, and CI/CD management\nConflict of Interest:\nSuccessful candidates for this job must satisfy the Company's Conflict of Interest (COI) assessment process.\nWork Location:\nThis position is expected to be 100% onsite.
