This position is onsite.\nPosition Responsibilities:\nDesigns the target technical solution: applications, integrations, data and infrastructure makes build / buy / configure decisions and evaluates vendors\nEnsures fit with enterprise standards, security and scalability\nGuides implementation teams and resolves technical risks\nLeads integration and alignment of IT technical stakeholders\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and define data requirements, data collection methods, and data quality standards. \nBuild systems that enable conducting data analysis and exploration to identify patterns, trends, and insights that drive decision-making \nContinuously evaluate and improve existing models and algorithms to enhance their accuracy, efficiency, and scalability. \nEnsure data security, privacy, and compliance with relevant regulations and policies throughout the data analysis lifecycle. \nStay up-to-date with the latest advancements in data science, machine learning, and aerospace technologies to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge. \nBasic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):\nBachelor’s degree from an accredited course of study in Mathematics, Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, Physics or similar discipline \nExperience in information technology, data analytics, and/or system architectures\n5+ years of professional experience in data science, artificial intelligence, or machine learning \nExperience with software development and programming\nExperience leading technical teams or projects \nKnowledge of Design Systems for Software, databases, frameworks, and cloud platforms to build scalable, secure, and cost-effective systems\nPreferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):\nKnowledge of the Boeing Global Services business including technical solution applications, data and infrastructure\n5+ years of experience in natural language processing \nProficient with data visualization tools \nExperience with generative AI models, including LLMs, for building knowledge-driven solutions. \nExperience integrating models into customer environments, both on-prem and in cloud environments \nExperience working in an agile software development team or Lean methodologies\nConflict of Interest:\nSuccessful candidates for this job must satisfy the Company's Conflict of Interest (COI) assessment process.\nAt Boeing, we strive to deliver a Total Rewards package that will attract, engage and retain the top talent.
