Provide additional on-site support to assist the customers’ during the embodiment phase of the project.\nPromote a culture of innovation, safety, and quality throughout the engineering organization.\nBasic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):\nBachelor of Science degree in Engineering (with a focus on Mechanical, Civil, Aerospace Aeronautical or Material Sciences).\nPreferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):\nEquivalent of a minimum of five (5) years relevant experience is desirable. Current or recent employment within the aerospace industry specifically working with an EASA Part 21J Design Organisation (or equivalent) is desired\nSubstantial knowledge of aircraft interior and/or primary structure modification practices and interfaces is desired\nProficient in hand calculations, using classic stress analysis techniques\nProficient in Finite Element Analysis\nProficient in Technical Report Writing\nAble to demonstrate a working knowledge of EASA regulatory and airworthiness requirements including (E)TSO, CS-25, JAR-25 and FAR 25 requirements (relevant to the stress/structures discipline)\nKnowledge and experience of aircraft interior reconfiguration programmes and primary and secondary aircraft structures\nA high level of attention to detail and professional integrity\nAbility to work on multiple programmes with varying level of requirements efficiently and effectively\nAbility to prioritise workloads and show flexibility to changing situations / demands\nBecoming a Boeing Employee\nThe Boeing benefits package goes above and beyond, focusing on your physical, emotional, financial and social well-being.
