This includes stress, damage tolerance, and fatigue assessments across diverse areas of primary and secondary structures. The analyst collaborates closely with their teammates, checkers, leads to ensure structural integrity, regulatory compliance, as well as effective resolution of engineering challenges. The role requires strong technical expertise, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to provide clear and timely engineering support for continuous product improvement and airworthiness.\nResponsibilities:\nReview and analyze structural issues related to airframe components. \nPerform detailed stress and damage tolerance analysis to evaluate structural integrity. \nInvestigate and provide engineering solutions for material non-conformance and repair assessments. \nCollaborate with manufacturing, quality, and design teams to ensure compliance with design and safety standards. \nDocument analysis results and technical justifications, and coordinate with relevant authorities as needed. \nProvide timely and accurate structural evaluations to support engineering decision-making. \nSupport continuous improvement initiatives related to structural integrity and manufacturing processes.\nBasic Qualifications:\nBachelor of Science degree in Engineering (with a focus on Mechanical, Civil, Aerospace Aeronautical or Material Sciences).\nExperience with MSC Patran and Nastran. \nKnowledge of durability analysis, damage tolerance, finite element analysis, and fatigue analysis. \nExperience preparing and reviewing structural analysis reports and supporting documentation. \nAbility to interpret engineering drawings, technical requirements, and engineering documentation. \nStrong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain technical findings. \nAbility to work effectively with multidisciplinary engineering teams. \nProficient in both verbal and written communications skills in the Ukrainian and English language.\nExisting authorization to work in Ukraine.\nPreferred Qualifications:\nKnowledge of Systems Engineering principles and processes. \nFamiliarity with FAA and EASA requirements applicable to aircraft structures and structural substantiation. \nDesign & Concept Techniques. \nCreativity and Innovation. \nAt Boeing we care deeply about the wellbeing of every employee.
